Food was beautiful, the place is spotless, so clean and staff are lovely. Also loads to choose from for GLUTEN FREE. Very modern and chilled vibe inside. We're from stoke but we will definitely come back to Coleshill what a lovely town!

I regret not reviewing earlier, but my girlfriend and I had stayed back in mid-June for a convention in Birmingham and it was a truly incredible experience. From the moment we got there, everyone around town and in the hotel was exceptionally welcoming and kind. For the life of me I can't remember their names, but the two ladies working the front desk at the hotel were incredible, exceptional, and absolutely amazing. There is no other way to put it. When we made it clear that we were traveling from the US and it was our first time in the UK, they offered us all sorts of snacks like crackers and marmite, which was so heartwarming, even if we weren't a fan of the marmite hahaha. The staff at this hotel truly do listen and go the extra mile with their service. I had briefly mentioned in a one off comment that I was hoping to try some irn-bru, only to return to my room later that day pleasantly surprised by a whole 2-liter bottle of irn-bru with a handwritten sticky note. That part pains me the most, because not only did I never get the opportunity to thank the worker in person, but I also unfortunately no longer remember her name either. I hope this review somehow finds its way to her, but I really just want to make it clear that this brief business trip was truly special and I owe a huge part of that to the welcoming staff at The Coleshill. I will absolutely definitely return in the future and I now hold the town of Coleshill near and dear to my heart.

My wife and I stayed 1 night after a trade show at the NEC. We found the staff very welcoming on arrival. A good selection of drinks and the evening meal was fantastic. The room was great value and clean. Breakfast is cooked to order and was very nice. A big thank you to Debbie and Jess, they were lovely. We would definitely stay again. Dan and Adele

Booked the Coleshill for a funeral wake. Everything we asked for was delivered on the day. All the staff were very helpful and readily answered any questions we had. Breakfast was excellent with lot's of choice, not just your standard fry up..we ate there on the evening which was also excellent quality. We stayed in the hotel, the room was clean and comfortable with a lovely large bed. Tea and coffee making facilities were supplied in the room. Considering the age of the building the room was decorated in a modern but fitting style. I would definatley use The Coleshill Hotel again.
