   We had an amazing time with a Celebratory lunch for guests in the Charlecote Suite. From the first meeting with Debbie to discuss our requirements to checking out of the hotel the following morning Staff at the Greswolde were so attentive and accommodating. About a month before our event, we discussed the layout of the room, use of projector and menu choices of our guests with Adam. A few of us were able to gain entry in the morning to complete some personal touches to the room. Rochelle and Kieran worked hard all through the event to ensure drinks and food were served to fit in around some speeches. All the meals were good quality and well presented. My Roast Beef Rump was beautifully cooked and very tender and I also want to pick pout the generously sized portions of flavoursome cheeses and biscuits. There was no pressure to leave the function room once we had finished eating and it was nice to be able to linger with guests. Our hotel bedroom was clean and well appointed so we had a good night’s sleep before heading home. In summary, Excellent service, very good food, very good value. Thank you all.

   Our food was okay. Unfortunately staff were not attentive, apart from one member of staff. Poor service regarding incorrect orders, not offering correct cutlery etc- basic dining hospitality very lacking. Better training and good attitudes to paying customers is strongly advised.

   We have stayed here multiple times with no issues but we were allocated room 30 and had a couple of issues with the room. The sink was blocked and didn’t drain, the plug hole didn’t work at all, hall light bulb didn’t work and hot water was intermittent, we reported these after we booked in and were told they would be reported first thing in the morning, however on returning early evening the following day no issues had been resolved. We found this really disappointing as our stays with you previously have been problem free and we have been really happy.

   Whilst the old management were in charge, the service was excellent & all it should be. Now the service is just 'meh' the food is still good, but the service personnel just don't care, they don't check on satisfaction are serving. They argue about substitutions. Bring back the standard, I know you can't bring back Richard or Frank, but the standard needs attention.

   Had a Christmas lunch with work. The parking is good and the food was also okay considering the size of the party. Some of the veg was a little questionable, whole carrots on the plate, just about cooked. I had a rotten sprout, too. The rest was good and the Christmas pudding was very nice.

   Good experience. Came for lunch mid-week and were able to walk in and get a table no problem. The staff were very busy as there were not quite enough for the number of people but they were all very friendly and kind. The food was pretty good and they had a decent selection including some chef specials that seemed to change pretty regularly. It was enjoyable food and a nice atmosphere.

   Lovely food served in a nice restaurant. Really nice place to go for a meal. Staff were very attentive and made sure you had everything you wanted and checked everything was okay with each course. We were looking after by Emily so really took care of us. No waiting around, very efficient!
