I appreciated the retro styling and cheap ticket prices, even if it's probably not the place to see the latest blockbuster. However the toilets need some work - the facilities were already tiny but two of the cubicle doors wouldn't lock and the third needed cleaned. There's no lack of space here with the huge foyer so just lack of investment. The strange abandoned area on the ground floor made me initially think the place was closed - not at all appealing. A shame, it wouldn't take much to make it a good value venue.

Nice entrance, small screen for the film we watched but perfectly fine. Good value prices, but next time I'd pay for a better seat as it was quite narrow. Helpful staff. Like an old school cinema, I liked it.

This is a horribly outdated cinema. The exit signs in screens are too bright and shine onto the screens. This is particularly evident in Screen 1. See the photo below. The sound systems are terrible. There isn’t surround sound in any of the screens. On top of this, the soundproofing of the screens doesn’t work. You can frequently hear films from other screens through the walls. The toilets are vile, rundown and always broken. On the positive side - the staff are always lovely! I’ve been a Limitless member for over a year, but I’m finding it very difficult to justify it with such an awful venue.

Visited this cinema to watch a film that wasn't showing at other cinemas. The cinema is quite dated, missing many of the mod-cons you'd expect at Odeon Luxe cinemas (note: this is not a Lixe cinema). The screens are small and seats are very compact, so don't expect much room around you. The sound quality wasn't the greatest either. The cinema needs a big refurb and needs to become a Luxe cinema. That should be the minimum standard in today's cinemas, recliner seats and dolby surround sound.

Loved it, proper old cinema, updated in the right way e.g. comfy seats, great audio. Lovely, helpful staff. Highly recommend

Awful experience had. Rude staff members. Gossiping about others and just really uninterested in their customers. The place is dirty and run down. Not really sure how it's still in business. Tickets are cheap, but everything else is far over priced, so you're not really saving anything. Hated it. Only stayed because I was with my son, and he really wanted to see the film. Never going back though. Its time this place closed down.

Staff greeting you as we entered were polite helpful and informative screen we watched the film in was ok apart from a big stain on the carpet next to some pipework which had been leaking watching the film was a plesent experience comfortable seats good view of the screen only downside was as the programme started their was a strong smell of cigarette smoke which was not nice when you have an 11 year old with you but it passed quite quickly if it wasn't for the stain and the smell I would have rated it 5 star

I've used this cinema for the past 30 years. Me and my partner had our first time in 4 years due to our beautiful babies. So we rushed a McDonald's breakfast and ran of to see avatar the way of water. This is where our pleasure began, we arrived at the front desk and were greeted by Havana in my 20 years as a retail manager IVE NEVER had service like it! HAVANA YOUR AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! thank you for making our special time AMAZING HAVANA YOUR THE BEST!!!!!!!!

Apart from having no salted popcorn... which was available in a shop nearby to save drama, it was a lovely art deco cinema. Not sure why the seating was coveted in plastic felt a bit like we were surrounded in body bags, hope this system dissappear soon.cant imagine those covers all get cleaned
