   I had the worst experience ever in that practice. I took my dog to clean her teeth. After few hours I received a phone call from them saying that they will need to remove 6 teeth. I didn't agree and the receptionist apparently run to the vet to tell him my answer. She came back on the phone telling me that they have done it already. I was very angry. I went there to pick my dog up and the receptionist asked me to pay first.I paid.Than I was called inside and a very arrogant lady told me that it's normal and that she will be ok dispate the fact that I didn't agree with that procedure. They charged me 500£.I will take this further as I don't think it's normal. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! BUTCHERS! no emphaty at all... Just to take your money.

   I have been taking my dog to Medivet Hayes for nearly 5 years since we got her as a puppy. The service has always been great from reception staff to the regular vet we see (Tahir). They are caring & compassionate with my dog as she gets a little anxious. Tahir is very knowledgeable & thorough and last year assisted us through the before & after care for an operation my dog needed. I would definitely recommend Medivet Hayes to anyone looking for a caring practice!

   My cats are registered here since years and I couldn't be happier with the overall service. I am in pet plan and my Loves stay in this vet until I will live in this area. They are always loving and caring and understanding, animal care is the most important here.

   Always a good experience.. really caring and knowledgeable staff.. make the pets feel at ease.. everything is explained in details to the pet parents by the doctors and the staff (both the pros and cons).. timely follow-up is done by the team with the pet parents.

   All pet owners who had their pet chipped need to look at your paperwork and check with pet log. I've has nothing but problems with it. I got my pup chipped, he was stolen and when I tried to report it to the petlog they said the number I had was for a cat not a dog. I thought I had it corrected but when I sent the number in email and photographed I was told that number has not been put on petlog database by the vet. Such incompetent practice

   Reading some of these comments I'm appalled! I have been using this vet for over 13 years and would never go anywhere else. My dog had so many issues since she was a pup and the vet was amazing, informative and compassionate on each and every single visit/operation we had. I trusted him wholeheartedly and he helped my dog live a long and happy life. Staff are amazing but as a vet, Mr T is absolutely amazing and I can't thank him and the staff anymore for what they did for my dog Skye.
