    Service and staff behavior are very disappointing. Management’s solution to staff issues is simply to suggest booking an appointment when that staff member isn’t working, rather than addressing the problem. Staff behave unprofessionally, and when challenged, the blame is put back on clients. It’s also nearly impossible to see the same vet consistently, which makes continuity of care very difficult. I won’t be returning and would rather support an independent local vet.

    I would just like to say the Beech House vets Hersham are the best. And a big thank you to Pedro one of the vets he showed such compassion to us when we had to say goodbye to our beautiful cat Clara last week, she was like a human and one of our family! The vets have been caring and have arranged everything with ease. Would very highly recommend to friends and family.

We’ve visited both the Cobham and Hersham branches and consistently receive outstanding service at both. They take the time to explain everything clearly and really go the extra mile.     Thank you Beech House Vets your the most amazing customer service. Yesterday we found a cat in our garden with no collar or anything. We took the little one to Beech House Vets to see if we could locate his parents. The service I received was next to none. I have no pets, I did not know what to do. They provided me with all the essentials I needed to get me through the night along with some food. Safe to say we found the parents. Thank you to all the team, you were absolutely amazing.     An excellent veterinary practice, who have been wonderful at looking after our puppy since we collected him at two months old.     Lovely vets with very friendly, caring staff. Our two year old German shepherd gets great treatment every time we go, he can be quite reactive and nervous but he feels very comfortable with the vets here and the vet always helps with everything including email reminders of when to give worming tablets which is really useful when life is hectic. I’d highly recommend them as a great choice.
