Stuff has no respect for customers and customers safety is not token into consideration open doors when the fire department issued them an notice to not when they had fire issues because it was unsafe.
Great hospitality! Highly recommend like manager able to help and kept fellow partner bag safe till collect 2 days after. Definitely will come again

Worst place in Burnley unless you like getting wired and fancy a scrap..... Doorstaff was proper inexperienced idiots. Rude when they tried to solve and issue with a lad who just been decked inside the place by one of there own staff. In fact the doorman was ignorant to the lad. Honestly no joke. Avoid this place. Looks nice inside but it's poo covered in glitter and it's full of young lads wanting a fight.
Absolutely disgusting the owner is a bully and attacks old men and likes young women the bouncers are horrible
Wow. So firstly took my money to refuse us entry because 1 person out of a group of 4 was drunk. Refused to give a refund. Then when I entered the club is THAT dirty i slipped and cracked my back. Other customers came to.me.to.help me up and then when asked for a manager to come and help they continuously said they were too busy. I don't take injury lightly and already in process in following this up. Also when contacting them on Facebook as they didn't give me any details, they refuse to reply with any help. Rude. Disgusting. Terrible. Waste. Worst place I've ever seen, they're theives, and no customer care. Hopefully will shut down in all honesty as I'd rather that than compensation at this rate.
Honestly one of the worst bars I’ve ever visited, left bees knees and immediately approached and begged to go into project so thought I’d give it a look to see that it was absolutely dead inside, me and a few friends booked a booth and then once every other place started shutting and more people came we was treated very rudely and then eventually asked to leave as we’d been there a while and they was getting busy even tho we was there from the start when it was empty, drinks seemed very expensive but not very alcoholic, very disappointed and definitely wouldn’t visit again. Treated very rudely by the bouncers also.
