   Pleasant Bed & Breakfast close to the town centre. Small courtyard. Free street parking available. Clean although stair carpets are worn. WiFi available but intermittent access (we were upstairs)

   Me and my wife had an amazing stay at Jasmine House. The room was really comfortable, clean and spacious. It is 5 minutes walking from the town center, where plenty of restaurants and bars are available. The host is very hospitable and friendly, she made us feel at home and at ease. Lutterworth is centrally located between various highlights to visit. I would highly recommend to stay here!

   Stayed here two consecutive years for a new years eve due at the Wycliffe Rooms. We had two different rooms one at the back & one at the front of the property. Both rooms were of a good size & both showers worked well. The decor was good & the rooms were clean. The parking is up a road opposite the property. On the second visit we had to park quite a bit further up this road, compared to the first visit. We would stay here again.

   Stayed here a couple of times for New Years Eve dues at the Wycliffe Rooms. The parking is up a road opposite the property. The two different rooms we have stayed in have been good in terms of size & decor. The showers worked well. We will certainly stay again

   We spent one night, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent and Moníca, our host, was charming, helpful and a great asset to Jasmine House. The location on the main road with no parking was at first a negative, however, once inside it was peaceful and perfectly quiet. A very good place to stay.

   We had a great welcome by Monica and both our rooms were spacious and comfy, the only downside was the traffic was very noisy and had to close window, wel ask for a back room next time. There was also a lovely patio/garden area. Had a lovely breakfast (paid extra) before we had to leave. Would stay there again

   Beautiful place to stay. Rooms are gorgeous throughout and you couldn't get a better host. So friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast too. I will return when visiting family again.

   Room was nice, unfortunately it was out the front which was on the road , so a lot of traffic noise, which probably wouldn't bother some people, decent sized bathroom, drinks available to make in the rooms. They have a courtyard so you can sit outside, & you can eat your own food there. Monica is lovely & friendly, anything you need to know & happy to talk to you, also cooks a nice breakfast, was a bit on the expensive side at £12.50 each for a full english,but that was our choice to pay for it, there are cafes about, you can have cereal as well if you wish. The location is not ideal as they do not have parking, there is road opposite where you can park if you can get a space, we had to go quite a way up the hill, bit of a trek, i would recommend for an overnight stay.

   We stayed at Jasmine House in order to visit Kilworth house theatre. The location is perfect. Jasmine house is comfortable. Monica who manages it is very friendly and welcoming. She helped us carry our bags in and showed us to our rooms, provided an iron and was generally on hand when we needed help. I had booked 5 rooms in total. All were very clean. We would stay here again.
