I come in to see a lovely lady called Jane, every time I come in she’s always so friendly and helpful. If she doesn’t know something she finds out straight away although I find her very knowledgeable. She has always dealt with me and I choose to visit when I know she’s there.

I went into Boots recently and was very happy with the service I received. I went to Boots opticians as I broke my glasses whilst on holiday and needed to order some more. I didn't have an appt but they kindly squeezed me in even though they were very busy. I spoke to Nusrat and she was very helpful and I manged to order my glasses. Also while I was there Vicky checked my order to ensure it was correct. I really appreciated there help and I will soon have my new glasses. Thank you so much Nusrat & Vicky for all your help.

As much as I love BOOTS since I was a child and the Pharmacy team are lovely. However, they never ever answer the phone when I’ve tried to get through to them. I am unable to walk to my local store in Staines due to medical reasons. I’ve tried to call them all day and they never pick up the phone. My husband went for me and he said the staff member at the Pharmacy said they put the phone on silent as they can’t answer the phones. It’s a complete and utter shambles for those with a disability who can’t physically get into a store and not being able to get brought to ask questions about one’s prescription or medicines. What’s the point of having a telephone service when no one answers and they put the phone on silent. This puts me off using Boots altogether and go into an independent pharmacy next time. Boots can only do better if they find a better way of supporting life tine customers. Boots clearly aren’t able to support you “for life” as they say on their adverts. Poor show.

They have a good range of special offers which aren't offered elsewhere. Drawback: they only offer the self check-out payment tills and on Saturday afternoon the queues are too long and busy. Why do they only have one staff member at the self check tills to serve the customers? Not very helpful They have a healthcare counter but its not manned so you have to wait till someone comes along which can take 5 mins. Service in the store could seriously be improved.

I could give -5 or 0 stars if that was possible.Came to do my last min Christmas shopping today with my little 3year old at around 19:30.Upon closing time at 8pm slim lady in her 60s with Reindeer ears has approached us,I don’t know her name as she wasn’t wearing any name badge, shouting and being very aggressive that if I won’t make it to the till now she won’t allow me to pay for my purchase,I was making my way just needed one more item that was on the way to the till in fact anyway !! She was only screaming at us and no other shoppers ,whom was still wandering round store.Totally overridden and pathetic behaviour somebody please teach that lady customer service 0 respect to her clients what so ever frightened my little boy as he is not used to aggressive people and make him really anxious.Where I do understand they have to close the store on time as I’m store manager my self and I know how difficult it can sometimes be to close on time after hard working day, there was no need for aggressive approach towards us,if she is not patient she should not work in customer based environment.I made her aware I will complain to customer services and all she answered with her rude attitude was “aha do it” Very shocking as I was shopping here for many years and never come across such unkind sales assistant! 0 tolerance to Racism I won’t leave it like that!

Really awful service. Staff were rude and seemed to lack interest in customer service and were far more motivated by chatting to friends. When a problem occurred there was no manager to be found. I was told a manager was coming and the member of staff just walked off, never to return. I could well still be waiting for that manager right now. I wonder if the point is to leave you in the store long enough that you, yourself, BECOME the manager?

Went for deals for Christmas ideas. Plenty to choose from and 3 for 2 offers were a really good deal. Got all that I wanted in one shopping trip. Very pleased.

Nice bright airy store. Disappointed that there was only one person operating a till but 6 self service tills. I do not want to scan my shopping. I never get it right! I like to be able to chat to a member of staff.
