    Went into this boots today and was appalled by the service I received I buy a specific nicotine nasal spray on a weekly basis. They are not kept on show so you need to ask over the counter for the product The assistant today was very unhelpful I showed the product I required and she told me they don’t sell that product I replied you do I have purchased last Saturday She said we don’t have it I asked her to check again and also to check on her system she said she wouldn’t This is not the first time I have had the same issue with this particular assistant She really needs some further training and a few tips on how to provide a good service Looking at the reviews I am not only the one with who has experienced a negative experience with this branch. I won’t be going back On another note I checked the boots app and can see the product is in Stock in this store Please someone sort this awful woman out and teach her how to provide even the minimum patient care she is letting down your brand

    Un principle, no common sense, lazy staff , keeping me out of proscription for 1 week at the end they said sorry for not contacting you and notifying you that our provider can not provide your proscription. Then must wait for another 4 days to get it from elsewhere.

    Avoid this boots at all costs the staff are unfriendly and unapproachable. Never using this boots again. The pharmacist on duty today Saturday with long black hair was rude in her approach and mannerism.

    Absolutely appalling service. A lady next to me in the queue was waiting 15 minutes before she was even acknowledged and asked for her name despite the pharmacist looking at her multiple times. Definitely won't be coming back to your store again!

    the absolute most useless customer service ever. every time i go in there they have 5-6 staff but only one on the till and a line of 10 waiting customers. just have a chit chat amongst themselves while there’s several people waiting. bizarre

    I live locally so Boots is my point of contact for prescriptions and products. I have always found the pharmacist on duty helpful, diligent and patient despite the pressure I am sure, they are under. The name of the pharmacist is always displayed and feedback forms are visible in the counter. Some pharmacists of course excell in their attention and advice. The staff are friendly and helpful on the whole. If a prescription has not been reordered at the time of collection and one runs out, they will give an emergency supply. This is my experience. I do feel it is difficult if only one pharmacist there and I have noted on an occasion a pharmacist having to do the till also on one occasion. We need yo support the staff at this time particularly when under pressure. That is how I feel. If one dies have a bad experience certain use their feedback forms.

    With regards to flu jab, I’m so disappointed. Booked two weeks in advance, re scheduled work and shop collection around this. Received text reminder the morning of. Arrived to be told β€˜no medicine in stock’. Badly handled not really an apology, why not a simple phone call?!! How many others wasted their time that day too? And then the next morning, an email from Boots telling ME I missed my appointment. I will not be going back. Simple customer service gone very wrong.
