Very many thanks to Dr Louise and everybody at Medivet Esher for looking after our dog Georgie so well this week. She needed dental treatment and the care she received was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We were given excellent advice about how to keep her teeth healthy in the future too. Thank you!
I could not be happier to recommend Medivet Esher. I started using them around 10 years ago, and the vets and assistants are uniformly lovely and brilliant. Everyone is super friendly and efficient and I trust them to always do the best for my dogs. They beat every other vetinary practice I have ever used hands down!
First time visiting today after moving to the area. Emma was superb with both us and Pixie our maltipoo. She explained everything fully and clearly and listened to and answered all our questions happily. We are very happy to have found this vet practice and Emma.
Huge thanks to Dr. Louise Lohne and the team at Medivet Esher for taking such good care of my cat Luna! Dr. Louise is not only super professional, but also truly cares about animals and their owners. She always thinks from the animal’s point of view, which gave me a lot of comfort during a stressful time. She did a very neat and tiny incision for Luna’s surgery, and the recovery has been smooth and quick. Luna had her final check-up today and she’s doing great! So grateful for all the care and kindness we received.
We received excellent care for our dog since 2018 for complex and varied health issues. All the staff have been so kind, attentive, caring and supportive, diligently exploring and discussing all treatment options when needed. We can't thank you enough for all your efforts to give our beloved pet the best life possible.

I have been using Medivet for many years with different cats and have always received a good service. Their out of hours service is also very efficient.
Awful experience with this vet. They administered a second vaccine and my pet went painful all over his body and wouldn't eat nor even walk. When I rung up to simply ask if this was normal (as this was never discussed as a potential outcome) I was told my only option was have to come in for a consult and pay another £45 pound. No vet would simply take a call to tell me if this was normal or not. To add to this, I wasn't even told when the next vaccine needed to take place, which seems like critical information to leave out. From my perspective, this is a business run in a manner that relies on excessive visits to run up consultation fees. Medivet is owned by CVC Capital, a venture capital / private equity firm. Profit is clearly the primary goal of a venture capital backed business. Also, try calling them before 11am and you'll just be told to call back later....because that's how customer service should work.
Recently had to have my beloved female cat put to sleep . Couldn't ask for nicer reception staff and vets . Gave my boyfriend and I plenty of time to say goodbye to her before and after. It was a heartbreaking evening and they sorted out my pet insurance claim too as I was so upset . 10 /10 from me . Thankyou for being a great vets practice.
