   I used Martin & Co to sell my flat in Leamington. They got the listing up and live within a week and were showing potential buyers around within 2 weeks. A buyer was agreed within about 6 weeks and Paul and Angel there were really helpful in dealing with the negotiations. They have both proved to be vital during the Sales process, which dragged on for about 4-5 months, constantly monitoring the progress between various Solicitors and buyers up the chain. I believe that without their attention, negotiations and communications the whole chain may have collapsed. Instead they helped manage a path through to a successful sale. Great service, well worth the fee.

   I have been using Martin&Co for a number of years to manage my rented property. They make the process of setting up the tenancy and carrying out all the checks very easy. They keep me informed of any issues that occur and when they do work on the house it is carried out quickly and efficiently. They are good at keeping on top of all the annual safety checks that are required. I would recommend them if you need to rent out your property in the Leamington area.

   I have had the best customer service from Martin and co. We dealt with Paul Averis from the very start and he dealt with all our enquiries very efficiently and promptly. Communication was kept with us all the way through and when we were faced with a problem Paul advised us how to deal with it and there was no delay in the house sale. I would definitely recommend Martin and co as an estate agent. My parents are now settled in their new home and were extremely happy with the service.    I first met Paul for a viewing of a property Martin & Co were marketing. Not only was it obvious that Paul was incredibly professional but there was absolutely no hard sell, and particularly no pressure to use their mortgage advisor. Negotiating the purchase through Paul was a breeze and it became obvious it was sensible and practical for us to sell our property with him. Paul worked with me tirelessly to get our property marketed to a really high standard. He even came back on another day to get the photos and walkthrough video perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. He also offered some very sensible advice based on his experience, which as it turned out was spot on. Paul got us good offers for our sale following four viewings on one Saturday - he had clearly worked hard to refine the prospective buyers. Sadly, the seller of the property we were purchasing pulled out so the purchase did not proceed. Paul was very supportive at that difficult time. Having found an alternative purchase, the sale of our property was really quite challenging and Paul put in countless hours to keep the transaction going. I could not have felt more supported and I am convinced it was through his tireless commitment that ultimately the sale of our property completed, and we are settled in our new home. Henry provided support in Paul's absence and he was also very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Martin & Co.

   Bad experience renting with Martin and Co from start to finish. I attempted to arrange viewings for various properties over several weeks. Often not receiving responses or being made promises of call backs which never happened. I felt we were missing out on properties because of this. This situation did improve when Henry stepped in to help. Similar story when we had issues during our tenancy, problems were never dealt with, with any intensity or any importance to them. Including having no running water for two days. Again led to me constantly chasing them for small things and being made to feel like an inconvenience. Ended up resolving it ourselves with the actual developer as I couldn’t wait for m&co. When our tenancy finally came to an end it was a similar situation of me constantly chasing for updates on deposit return. I appreciate this was not entirely Martin and CO’s fault but fault laid in fact with the landlord. When we finally received our report I was outraged at total deductions suggested. The landlord wanted to take 80% of our initial deposit for basic wear and tear. Whilst not Martin and CO’s fault I found it completely unacceptable the landlord would try to do this and would worry that if someone was struggling financially they could be taken advantage of as disputing deposits is a long drawn out process.

We had a few maintenance issues during the tenancy but they were dealt with quickly and we felt Martin and CO went above and beyond to rectify the issues quickly. Would highly recommend!
