We had our property managed by the letting people and specifically Vicky for around 10 years now and they have been excellent. Vicky has always gone out of her way to fill the apartment when vacant, quickly and efficiently deal with any issues that have come up and keep us in the loop with the day to day management. We couldn’t recommend them /her enough and are only ending our contract with them as we’re selling the property. Thanks so much Vicky for all your hard work!!!!
The Letting People have handled the letting of our property in Kenilworth since April 2013. We have now decided to dispose of the property and, for that reason alone, we will no longer be clients. We have always had excellent and trouble-free management of the property at all times during those twelve years, and we would highly recommend them, as they were to us in 2013.

I would highly recommend The Letting People to anybody looking to rent out their property. They managed my flat in Leamington Spa from February 2014 to October 2021 when I sold the property.
