Outside Warwick Castle so you can walk in and it is walkable into the centre of Warwick. Plenty of parking the hosts are lovely and an exceptional breakfast.
Such a beautiful B&B with a real character and traditional charm. Janet had great communication, fast and efficient and helped with any enquires we had. Very detailed upon arrival. Ideal location to explore Warwick. Very tasty breakfast with allot of choice. It's nice to see a menu choice. Tea in beautiful china was a bonus to our stay.
Amazing location within steps of Warwick Castle and incredible hosts! We wish we could have stayed here longer. Janet and Stuart were so incredibly kind and had lots of recommendations for our travels. The B&B was clean and so very comfortable. Thank you both for a great stay!
My partner and I stayed here for a night when visiting Warwick. It’s in a brilliant location right next to the castle and easy walking distance to the town. The hosts are lovely, give you great information about what to see, restaurants to try, really welcoming. We had a beautiful room with a 300 year old bed, breakfast was lovely and a really nice setting. Hosts were on hand for any questions. Parked early at the B&B before check in which was really helpful as we could then spend the day at Warwick castle. Amazing place, would definitely stay again! Lauren and Joe
We stayed in the well designed and well equipped annexe called the "Potting Shed" located at the back of the main house which was nice and quiet. There's ample on-site parking which is free. Park Cottage is only a few minutes walk from Warwick Castle and provides good access to the High Street with its shops and eating places. Our hosts, Janet and Stuart were very accommodating. Stuart provided us with an excellent full English Breakfast and Janet was very knowledgeable about what was happening at the Castle and recommended several eating places in the area. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended.
If you are planning your holidays at Warwick this is the place you must stay in. The guests, Janet and his husband are 10 of 10. Nice people who are always ready to help. Rooms are comfortable and clean and the bed is superb. You are literally 5 minutes walking of castle and 5 - 8 min from the marketplace. And breakfast... where do I start. Excellent coffee and the food just made for you. This is really the best way to start your day. We will be back for sure!
Park Cottage was exactly what we wanted. Close to the entrance of Warwick Castle. The owners were very friendly and full of enthusiasm. The bedrooms were clean and tidy set in a very authentic setting with character and charm. The breakfast was superb. We hope to see you again and keep up the good work Janet & Stuart. Charming B&B, perfectly situated to visit Warwick and the castle. Close to some nice pubs and restaurants. Janet & Stuart are great hosts, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are well equipped. The breakfasts are outstanding - the best I’ve had in a long time !
You couldn't really ask for more. I felt like I'd gone back in time, but with all the modern conveniences you'd expect. It's a charming little place and the owners who run it are very welcoming. There's a really nice feel about the place. I'm not sure what it is, but it works. I've also never slept so well, and the plumbing (often a problem in older buildings) is perfect and you can get a fierce shower or a lovely bath. Oh, and the place is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Upshot - stay here.
We stayed at Park Cottage several nights. It was wonderful. You can't beat the location. The town and Warwick Castle are a 10-15 walk from the BnB. We loved staying in a BnB that was built in the 1400s. The room was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were gracious. We also recommend the Four Pennies Pub. Better than average pub food at reasonable prices. Find out which night the local guys come to jam.
