   My recent email to the boss....... Hi Manny, I hope you are well and do not mind me reaching out to you to give some well-deserved feedback. I have worked in the customer service industry for many years and have always been a great believer in giving feedback on services provided, people are too quick to provide negative feedback when things do not go their way, but very rarely do you hear when you have provided an excellent service. When we first walked into your agency, we was greeted by Emily, of who made us feel so welcome from the start and offered us a full verbatim of what the agency can offer us and how they would be prepared to help with our needs, we felt as though it was very personal and not like the normal run of the mill agents that are just wanting us on their books, it was very refreshing not to have any pressure put on us, so please forward my thanks to Emily for her professionalism, she is a credit to the business. We then had Chenise come round yesterday to do an appraisal, I am always very skeptical of agents as they can just turn and tell you what they want you to hear, this was not the case with Chenise, she afforded us some excellent advice and also explained how we could move forward when we was ready, again, no pressure what so ever, she showed great enthusiasm towards the business as well as giving us a enthusiastic opinion that she would go the extra mile to give us the service that is expected, she really won us over with her knowledgeable approach and like Emily, her professionalism, yet another credit to your business, please pass on our appreciation. Ultimately, we were going to have more agents to appraise our property but after the experience that has been afforded to us by Emily and Chenise, we have no doubt that when we do decide to marker our property, it will be with your agency.
