It was really convenient that we had someone consistent to speak to and could reach him by phone or email. The responses to any queries were always prompt and professional. Even after the move in process, he has been helping smooth over any snags and easily communicating with the landlord via him. Honestly the best estate agent experience I have had so far.

   We rent our home last year with Elizabeth Davenport but have left due to relocation. Since the start of the letting procedure, they are always helpful and have provided us updates promptly. During the time we were living at the property, occasionally we need assistance, we can easily get in touch with them and get help quickly. The moving-out procedure is smooth as well. Thank you Carol, she is always helpful and friendly. 100% recommend it.

   We had a reasonably positive experience with Elizabeth Davenport. They marketed the property with good pictures and were quite good at keeping in touch with us. The staff were polite, friendly, professional and always keen to help. The house sold for exactly the price they valued it as, and in a good timescale for us. They were very good at letting us know when viewings were scheduled etc and managing that for us. My only complaints are that they were very slow at updating our sign to say "sold" and then when the buyer pulled out we had to phone them for it to be changed back to "for sale" as they didn't do it; and that I'm not sure they're viewings techniques are geared up to get the best price when compared to other estate agents we've seen.
