   Very satisfied with the service I received from Luke. I had a really bad case of mould in my property and he was very efficient with getting in touch with the landlord and sorting temporary accommodation (hotel) for the night as I had travelled far. He was very supportive and reassured me that he will do whatever he can to ensure that this issue gets resolved although he was the only person in the office and finished at 1pm. In addition, he said that if I had any questions I could get in touch with him even after 1pm.

   Bloody excellent service with Luke. My brother was looking for a new place right at the beginning of the month to move in right away. We walked right into the office and Luke was very swift in bringing up all our options and made phone calls to the landlords themselves and other staff members not in the office to get the most up to date information. We narrowed down our search to the best option they had within our budget, walked down to see the place, and got everything done to move in within 2 business days. All this was done in under and hour. Flawless! Luke really went the extra mile and continued working with the landlord to ensure we get the place. Everyone else there was cool and super nice, but Luke is man! Ask for Luke :-).
