He came out to carry out a number of valuations and provided clear, honest advice along with a top-class service.    Tutis estate and letting agents are absolutely fantastic property agents. The team at Tutis is the best in Coventry, if not nationally, in the property industry. The team is very professional and are very reliable. I would highly recommend Tutis property estate and lettings to anyone looking for these property services. They recently resolved a council tax issue for a rented property, with great professionalism.

   I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received. I went for viewing and wanted to start process of renting. The agent kept telling me she was waiting for documents from landlord, she later told me days later that someone is already in the process. Later my husband told me he has viewing I followed him and it was same property. I informed the agent that I have been there already and want the house . We given a form and 3rd party to help us, paid for deposit spent over 4 hours filling form only for me to receive a WhatsApp message that landlord has already gotten another tenant. Told them to refund my money which they agreed and I haven’t the money since yesterday. Followed it up with my bank though. Later had email from tutis agency that tenancy cancelled reason being terms and reference. I asked them what they mean by that and they never replied to my email. Funny thing is house is still on the market. I want my money back please. I don not recommend their services and whole experience has left me very sore and is very unprofessional,treat your customers better next time. Do not recommend them

   Tutis have managed my rental now for over 5 years. They have been extremely supportive throughout this time arranging and managing the tenants that occupied my property. Earlier this year my property was severely damaged by a previous occupier. Jag and especially my portfolio manager, Millie have been nothing but exemplary in their conduct and support to get my property up and running as soon as possible. This involved arranging contractors, providing access as often as they needed to repair the home whilst also vetting and appointing new tenants. Millie was transparent throughout the process, providing me with concise updates right away. She has also been fantastic with communication, responding to any query I have for which I am very grateful! In addition to the major avenues of support I also want to highlight the small things I see Tutis provide which really make a difference. Whether or not it's their stellar service, the property handover process or the treats they send out to their landlords during the festive period! This personal touch really makes for a company that really cares about its clients and tenants. I wholeheartedly recommend Tutis and the team to anyone looking for a reputable and fantastic property management company! Here's to the next 5 years!
