Vet service was good but charges like to be hidden. Was never told a follow up would be an additional £50 otherwise it would have needed to wait due to £900 having to leave my bank a few days before. I also want to note I already pay them £192 a year for a care plan but a check up is not included? Disappointed and will be leaving.
We had our yearly check up for our cats today and the vet was absolutely lovely. She was kind and gentle with our cats and the experience was a happy one.

Excellent service. Same day, gave my Frenchie a thorough check. He’s a rescue and been acting up a bit, so we talking through all options, just needed to check no medical issue. Very happy
I paid £65 for ear drops but found them online for £13.50, rang to speak to the manager and Lucy Barber was extremely rude, apparently the extra charges are for the vets time. When I pointed out I paid for the vets tme she put the phone down. How unprofessionall, I will continue the rest of my dogs treatment at another vet. Have complained to head office, hopefully the calls are recorded
The nurse we saw was very friendly and gentle with our lovely dog. Means a lot to us to see the care in someone not directly involved with our pet as such but she was really nice to our dog and very kind.
Saddest moment of my life but, the compassion that all the staff show is 2nd to none. Shop floor staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend
