1. Lego Flow ★☆☆☆☆

   Awful customer service, manager on today doesn’t even look at you when takes tickets. I heard him lecturing one of the younger staff and felt really sorry for her. Also why is he walking around with stains on his shirt when he’s manager, strange smell as well when collecting tickets, then he has gas problems. Cinema itself is a dump with overpriced seats and food.

   Dirty seats, dirty toilets, place is in need of a serious overhaul. Staff look scruffy, manager on today had stains down his blue shirt and food on side of his mouth. Overpriced and sound is terrible, I would recommend going to showcase Coventry

   After studying the ‘What’s On’ photos outside the Rugby Cineworld I ventured inside to discover film start times etc. There was none on view, so I wandered up to the counter and asked if they had a schedule of screen times. The terse response from the person on the till was “sorry but it’s only available on line”.

   Had an issue redeeming tickets online via blue light code on Cineworld website. Visited in person to resolve this. Employee was great and sorted this- no fuss.(didn’t get the employees name) Had same issue with another booking, again visited in person and the employee ‘Natalia’ was rude, hostile and beyond unhelpful. Should not be dealing with paying customers. Thankfully the manager came and sorted the issue out, he was apologetic, helpful and professional, but I should not have had the experience that I had given that another employee on another day was able to sort the ticket issue without arguing unlike my experience today.

   Very nice place. They are offering family movies tickets for £1. You can get some popcorn, sweets etc. You can buy tickets inside or online. Brilliant staff, few screens , clean and tidy place.

   Standard Cinema. Good for what it is - something to do in a small town. There's snacks, Baskin Robbins ice cream and a small arcade area. Few tables. I wish there was a cafe/seating area so you can chill and wait and not look awkward. The pool table could look to be opened. Nice place on the whole.

   It's not our local cinema but the kids got Cineworld vouchers for Christmas so we took them New years Eve. It was lovely and clean, and the seats were comfy. They provided a booster seat for my daughter, as the chair kept closing with her in it. Staff were friendly, and there was a wide range of snacks available. If you are like me, and you love a tango ice blast. I'll let you know ahead of your visit, that they don't do them here. We watched Strange world, a new Disney film which the kids really enjoyed. It is a smaller Cinema, so some films aren't available. However, if you just want a trip out and don't mind what you're watching it's definitely worth a visit.

   Went to go a watch Avatar Way of Water in 3D with my Daughter. Cinima seemed empty. With only 2 members of staff. Film was amazing seats comfy. But just so over priced. Cost us about £50 for tickets, glasses and popcorn and drink. They need to make it more affordable. To encourage more people to to visit. Felt like it was closing down
