   Great cinema. Went to watch Avatar in 3D. Staff were friendly and helpful, seats were comfy and temperature of cinema just right. We prefer this to our local cinema for comfort.

   I am quite frustrated after my experience today. Went to the cinema with my family and Kirsty was incredibly rude and made us feel singled out and embarrassed. She insisted that I pull out my phone to confirm my identity, which I believe is a breach of privacy. The staff behaved like club bouncers, requiring us to scan our tickets again after we had already done so. It felt as though some of them were exhibiting clear signs of racism. Really not happy as we go to many cinemas up and down the country and have always had great customer service.

   Brilliant cinema with plenty of free parking spaces. Cinema has standard recliner seats in all screens with a cup holder and mini table for your popcorn. Typical cinema food and drinks are for sale.

   This plane is very beautiful, clean and you'll enjoying watching a movie here either by yourself or with a group of people. It's also an ideal place to bring your kids, the seats are very spacious and with the relaxing chair that allows you to extend it and feel like you're still in bed but watching a movie. There's also a car park just around the corner of the entrance which is a walking distance from the main entrance. The staff is great and you can buy some snacks that you can take with you while you enjoy your movie. I will highly recommend and they deserve nothing but 5 stars based on my experience on my last visit.

   The Mrs and I went on 14/09/23 at 20:00. Our tickets were checked and we were ushered in by a friendly and welcoming young lady. The place is clean, and well maintained. The seats are very comfortable, the sound amazing and the temperature inside was just right. The toilets were clean. The staff at the snack bar were friendly and helpful. The car park is on the right side of the building. Will definitely be going there again. Highly recommended.

   Went with my partner as a last minute decision and loved every minute of it. It's so much nicer than the one in Tamworth, food was great and the screen rooms are enormous. Can't wait to go again.

   Really nice cinema. I'm not a fan of the newer style of recliner though, always end up with a bar across my calf that makes my foot go numb. And the seats are a little narrow for the girthier person. But for a normal sized person, I imagine it to be one of the comfiest cinemas

   There was a lot of parking and it was quick and easy to get inside and into the cinema screen. They had the nice recliner seats which were nice. They had an amazing surround sound audio which made it the movie seem very surreal. I’d say it’s quite worth it

   We visited the cinema a few days ago. Plenty of parking is available on site. The cinema has the proper reclining sheets and you can either order any accompanying food when booking tickets online or once onsite via terminals similar to McDonald's and then pick up via the collection number. The drinks are self dispensed at the large dispensing machines. The movie was crystal clear and the sound pops at you via the Dolby Atmos sound system and the 4K projection. I will definitely recommend this site as the staff were friendly and the whole cinema reflects that Odeon Luxe's differentiation strategy has a future for film buffs of all ages.
