   Sooooooo disappointed! I expected a good cinema considering the location. Seats were rubbish, tickets expensive, let me book seats directly behind a wall, im 6foot and couldn't see, had to wait for the room to fill up so i could move seats. When most other cinemas have recliners and footrests this place needs to catch up!

   So i decided to take the family to watch Lilo and Stitch today and it was the first time my sons had been to a cinema (2 year old and 3 year old). The service at the door was as brilliant and the movie started off great. However 15 mins into it, both of my sons started becoming restless and therefore to not spoil the movie for other people we decided to leave. After leaving I expressed my regret in having to leave to the manager (Jack I believe his name was) who then provided exemplary service and understood and appreciated why we had to leave. The professionalism and empathy he displayed was refreshing. @Cineworld - you need to look after that lad, he truly understands customer service!

   I recently visited Cineworld and had a fantastic experience! The cinema is incredibly clean and well-maintained, which really enhances the overall atmosphere. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, making your visit even more enjoyable. If you use the cinema, you can get your parking reduced to just £2. Just make sure to take advantage of that as parking can be expensive!

   I’m not one to complain and as a matter of fact I love this cinema and it’s definitely my go to. So this is only reference our recent visit. Me and my husband came in on Friday around 11.30 to watch avatar. We got greeted by what I can only describe as a very rude dude. He did not give any eye contact and when my husband tried to strike a talk point about it being quiet he simply answered ‘nope’ in the rudest tone. My husband also asked if the film was 2D at 12pm to which he said ‘yep’. The receipt machine malfunctioned as ours were printing and my gosh his face was just so angry and aggressive. It was like everything was an effort. We came back half hour later to sit down for the film to notice it was 3D so we had to go back to get glasses which we had to pay for extra, and he didn’t think to mention it to us! Long and short of it, we will be back because as I said this is our go to but I’ve never know such rude staff member there. He actually made me feel very awkward personally.

   We've been to the IMAX screen a few times now and it's brilliant. Staff are great and it's a cinema so it does what it says on the tin, fresh popcorn check, drinks bigger than your head check, pick and mix check (but more veggie gelatine free options would be great), comfy seats check. Clean and not very busy which is probably bad for them but great for us. Thumbs up for everything and we'll probably be back again next week.

   I do love this cinema. I will be gutted if Cineworld doesn't manage to survive their financial problems, as this is a good cinema and the closest to me with an IMAX screen and let's be honest it makes most movies better. It sits within the Resorts World shopping centre and is real easy to get to. Plenty of parking and parking is cheaper if you go to the cinema and get your parking ticket validated. I would recommend it for any of those cinema goers.
