   Lovely cinema with comfortable seating and great food. However the constant hordes of people exiting and entering the movie theatre to buy food makes it impossible to concentrate on the movie. We had to let people in our row pass 4 times for food top-ups and the row in front of us was filled by a woman who had brought 7 kids with her - who entered and exited the room 7 times and got up to change seats regularly throughout the movie. There were endless others who could be seen blocking the screen as they did the same thing. Whilst there were tuts and complaints in the room, staff who must’ve noticed these groups perpetually opening the door didn’t intervene. This would have been a better experience if people were only allowed to order food and drinks at the beginning of the movie!

   Went to watch Wake up dead man this evening. Screen was very busy but staff were fast and efficient. Staff also greeted us and said goodbye as we left. Food was good. Overall very happy. Will definitely return.

   We visited for the toddler club viewing experience today - absolutely fantastic, highly recommend! £14 for tickets including a coffee and cake! Friendly staff, comfy seats and good coffee! The toddler club is great way to introduce children to cinema as no judgement if they are loud or pressure to sit in their seats as everyone is in the same boat. Will definitely be back!

   Amazing cinema experience, very beautiful cinema with stylish deco and comfortable and intimate screening rooms (with sofas and great leg room) Food/drinks menu was impressive and well priced (sweet popcorn could have been sweeter) Nice bar and seating area Event cinema is fabulous!

   Enjoyed a film with my daughter on her birthday. It was quite busy. The seats are sofas with a side table, there are variations depending what you book. The auditoriums are not huge but just the right size and comfortable. Food and drinks are delivered to your seat. Friendly and helpful staff.

   Every time I’ve been here I’ve been served by a lady called Gillian and she’s simply fantastic. By far the best employee I’ve encountered anywhere I’ve been, she’s incredible. I’ve recommended the cinema to multiple family and friends and mentioned her service. I’ve yet to figure out how to contact the venue to tell them how impressed I am but I’d like to commend Gillian and the venue for hiring her.

   A little bit disappointing tonight. We were told to go into the screen by one staff member only to be told to leave by another straight after as it wasn’t ready yet. We then got let in (no ticket scan/check) but no staff came in to take food or drinks orders. I went to the bar but this then meant the drinks didn’t arrive until after the film had started. Positives - the chairs are comfy and the food was quite tasty.

   Went to Everyman, Stratford upon Avon for the first time ever. Went to watch Beast on Tuesday 30th August. We had a brilliant experience and would definitely go there again. Served by Georgia and Sophia who were both very friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this unique experience. Give it a go.
