Absolutely dreadful service.Ive got 2 parcels which Hermes should have delivered. The orders were placed on 23 Nov. In time for Christmas. Its now 17th December. The tracking says they are on their way and due to be delivered then next message to say theyve gone back to the business I bought them grom and are not being delivered. Hermes help desk is non existent and the chat service is automated and doesnt answer questions .The phone number has an automated message which just says they cant recognise tracking number and could I repeat it..Horrendous service. I dont know why the companies use them
