   I was very disappointed with the apartment. The apartments need cleaning and painting. Things need refreshing If this were to happen, this place would be lovely, but the photos you find on the Internet are not true to what the apartments are like. It's a shame because they are in a great location pretty central to where we wanted to go. Even though parking was on the road, we always found a space.

   Stayed here for 2 nights as a little getaway holiday to go out in Cardiff, can’t fault the apartment, had everything essential, comfortable bed, comfortable pull out sofa had a generally good overall stay, not far to the centre, 10 minute drive… Only downside is loud banging noises early hours in the morning, assuming it’s from the other residents…

   The level of service and accommodation by the property owners was second to none. I've never been to a apartment like this where the owners were so good. If I needed anything, I didn't have to worry about waiting for hour's for a response, they normally replied quickly. The property itself is in a prime location, literally only 5 minutes by car to the City Centre and 10 minutes walk away from City Road. It's also about 10 minutes drive away from Cardiff Bay and half an hour from Barry Island. There are also many shops and supermarkets nearby. The bed was comfortable and extra bedding was provided. The kitchen area and living area were cosy and the patio was a nice touch. There were some downsides however one being the bathroom. It's in need of a major overhaul. The ceiling had mould on it as did the shower head and the glass around the bath. If you bring your car, be mindful that although there is normally parking available around the permit areas most of those spaces are under trees. My car was covered in bird waste and it's not a pretty site! But overall I can't complain, good price good location and exceptional help by the owners.

   Enjoyed a very relaxed evening at this venue. Apartment was clean, well decorated and well stocked with tea/coffee/toiletries etc. Also, I left my fire stick at the property by mistake and the manager I spoke with couldn’t have been more helpful. Responded to me immediately, collected it on my behalf and then arranged to post it to me. Really pleased, top customer service

   Main areas was clean but getting a bit tired, bath room needed a deep clean. Unfortunately during our stay the police were called due to a party in the property, this resulted in a very disturbed stay especially with a baby. Wouldn't recommend.
