The staff were especially accommodating and kindly upgraded me to a double room with a larger bed even though I had originally booked a room with 2 twins. Friendly service and flexibility made the stay smooth and genuinely pleasant.

From the moment I arrived, the reception team made everything smooth and welcoming, and I want to especially highlight Shannon, Aneta and our Mauritian friend. They were incredible — warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Their customer service stood out in every way. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, even helping to waive certain fees and accommodating my needs without any stress or hassle. Their support made a huge difference, and I truly appreciate the effort they put in. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The hotel’s location is also perfect, with easy access to the city centre and transport links. Overall, I’m genuinely impressed. easyHotel Cardiff delivered far more than expected, thanks in particular to their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in Cardiff.

   I stayed at EasyHotel Cardiff for two nights over the weekend with my boyfriend, and we were pleasantly surprised by how good our stay was. The room was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. The double bed was very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day out in the city. The staff at both reception and housekeeping were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We booked last minute via a phone call and paid on arrival, which was quick and convenient. The rooms are very pocket-friendly and definitely worth the value for money. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

   I had a fantastic stay at easyHotel! From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. Ali and Louis were absolutely brilliant — friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. Check-in was quick and easy, and the team made me feel right at home straight away. The room was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for a short stay. It had everything I needed, and the bed was very comfy! The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything clean and fresh during my visit. What really stood out was how helpful and kind the staff were throughout my stay — they genuinely care about guests and go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy. For such great value, you really can’t beat it. I’ll definitely be booking again next time I’m in town.

   My friend and I stayed at the easyHotel Cardiff for one night and we enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the room meets the expectations for the very affordable price. However, the room not very spacious and a shelf would have been nice. Nevertheless, it is perfect for short term stays and totally affordable.

   First time staying in Easy Hotel and I have loved it so far. Prices are great! The beds are really comfortable to sleep in and it just like a modern hotel room. Staff are really helpful and easy to access rooms and it is really close to the city centre. Just a 5 - 10 min walk. A great location to the train stations as well. Would definitely come back and stay here again and in other locations too. It is worth it.

   Great value for money being clean and easy! I enjoyed my stay and enjoyed my late check out which I decided in the morning and added it on. The receptionist Aakshi was friendly and checked me out quickly. She was so polite and informative. I witnessed her help the customers before me with checking in their bags early. She was so friendly and welcoming! Great customer service from her!

   Great customer service from staff. Martha was very attentive and polite young lady. Price meet room expectations. Perfect for short stays. Located in the heart of Cardiff with the main shopping areas and clubs just a five minute walk. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again within the near future.
