What a stressful time we had getting everything put together for our first home purchase I feel so lucky to have had Jo Adams as our agent she’s was always on hand to answer questions regardless of the day or time even keeping us updated on her days off she made our experience all the better keeping a cool head when I felt I was losing mine, after our first purchase attempt fell through at the last minute with another large firm we were lucky enough to keep everything going and less than a day later we met Jo at the new house and it all felt as it was meant to be, such a great service and made to feel like a priority and a very personal approach to us as clients A* from us thank you very much H&M properties.
Not happy with the service. I wanted to rent a one bedroom flat. They agreed and went with all the procedures. But when the reference people have gmail, hotmail kind of email address they refused to accept them, even they are genuine. They let me to wait like 02-03 weeks and said we have to remove your application. They even didn’t refunded my deposit. For to not refunding the money they said we tried a lot to help you with renting the property. But in other hand I also faced a trouble because of trusting them and waited to move in soon. They only valued their time and work. The time and trust person who is going to let kept on them doesn’t matter.
Rude unhelpful and most importantly thought they had ended the call and were talking about me on the phone while I was still connected. Completely unprofessional avoid at all costs. Strange as I am a professional person running a limited company and required a flat near my business as I live outside the city and am fed up spending money on hotels. Hope the Owner reads this and removes their property from this disgraceful agent .
Daniel provided helpful advice and assistance when letting out my flat and thereafter he sold the flat to the first viewer at a price I was happy with. I would highly recommend Daniel and H&M properties for a personalised, efficient and friendly estate agent and property management company.
