   Absolute scam. Number plate recognition hasn't worked for months. It always says number plate not recognised. You are then asked to manually enter time you entered. However it will not let you enter a time that is anything less than an hour ago so you are automatically charged for 2 hours parking even if you've only been in there 20 minutes to drop someone off at the rink. Disgusting. Avoid.

   This car park is conveniently located and I have been using it for many years. However, the current ANPR system seems working pretty bad, it never registers my car correctly asking to add arriving time manually. It should be fixed

   Good space, 24h, cars up to 2m. Good to park on Coventry city centre and pretty near the ring road, avoiding some traffic. Paying machines never work properly though, I always need to pay by app. Big waiting time on queues when it's full, but still one of the best options on Coventry city centre.

   Unable to pay for parking as all machines were down with "no server available, press the green button to continue". No attendants present. Tried contacting the phone numbers on the website, but message says office is "closed for the festive period" Now I'm awaiting the fine. Happy 2025!

   Good car park , easy to get in easy to get out not too tight low risk of damage to your alloys . However sooooooooooo over priced to the point of exploitation. £9.95 to park after 6pm on a Saturday night . Reason it close to the theatre . Shameful it’s benn there for years and they are just coining it in

   Payment machine won't scan my phone. Won't accept notes, can't download the app as restricted to UK play accounts. Been here 45 minutes trying to get out. Will need to leave kids to get change

   I have used this car park four times recently, When taking my daughter to Ice skating at the nearby Skydome (Planet Ice). The car park is very easy to get to coming off junction 7 of the Inner Ring Road, useful for the Skydome, Odeon Cinema, & Casino, & of course for the city centre shops. However the reason for giving this car park only one star is that the parking spaces are really narrow, I'm amazed that this hasn't been commented on more in reviews. I am a regular sort of size & shape, but I had to actually squeeze out of the car when it is parked accurately in the middle of a space, & cars in the next space also parked neatly. Even my 11 y.o. daughter & her friend did not find it easy to get in & out of the car !! The payment system is a bit complicated & slow, & the parking area is quite dark due to the outside being mostly filled in. If you stay 5 hours it will cost £7 which I find a bit much.

   I tend to review Car parks from time to time This one is cool Lots of art work hidden down corridors and some of the places are on the floors off the car park. Like the cinema… you wouldn’t even have to walk outside! This is the place to park Even seen someone who works there picking up litter. Great work there !!
