   Brilliant service from Klaudia and the young lady who works on Saturday's. Both took the time on 2 separate occasions to help me find what I needed in the store and both showed initiative and care to alert me to the store's promotional offers which saved me money. Friendly, professional and genuinely caring. Thank you Klaudia and the Saturday Counter Colleague (sorry I don't know the name)

   Walk past and you'd think it's closed down. Very shabby looking front without any content in what could be an enticing window display. I only knew it was open when I saw someone leave even though the website said it was open. Went in and there was just me and one other shopper, and this on a Saturday morning. Not surprising as as I said from the outside it looks closed for business. At least one staff member I spoke was helpful and was well mannered as was the till op. Just found the lack of customers a surreal experience.

   Yeah ... This place isn't a place to go for help. The staff are very rude and ignore the customers even when they are doing nothing. Even when you are polite and ask them for help they treat you as if you are dirt and said something offensive. The store looks dirty and the roof is falling through. Best advice for this store ....close it down or fire all the staff and recruit new staff member who knows what good customer service is.

   The staff are absolutely amazing. The pharmacy staff especially are communicative dedicated professional whilst also staying compassionate helpful and humane in the face of a lot of pressure. Truly such a lovely and effective team.

   Very disappointed with the fact that Boots has closed its stores for BH Christmas Day up to 27th. I couldn’t get to collect my prescription today for urgent care and have to wait till tomorrow what a shame what is the point having a pharmacy closed all this time when some people need it! Very poor standards

   A great section of Christmas gifts (reputable brands like Laura Ashley etc...)as you enter the store on the left. Some of them reasonable prices, you can stretch your money. The young cashier at the front of the store was very polite and friendly. Store is not usually crowded so it is spacious and a pleasure to browse and shop there.

   Very poor customer service and worst arrangement. I came for a jab and no sign so do not know where shall I go. Waiting in the queue for 10min, no one check me in even after eye contacting with the staff, while at the same time 2 or 3 staff is serving one person.
