   When we were moving from Newport to Cwmbran on June 30th, 2023, we had already confirmed our rental dates with Peter Alan. However, when we went to collect the keys, they told us the property had some issues and couldn’t be handed over. We suddenly found ourselves homeless, as we had already ended our previous tenancy. Thankfully, our former landlord kindly allowed us to stay in a small room for five days. During that stressful time, we kept searching everywhere for a new place. That’s when I contacted Amalia at Home Link and explained our situation. She was incredibly kind and understanding , she gave us a viewing appointment the very same day and confirmed the property for us immediately. It was such a huge help, and we’ll always be grateful for her support. We’ve now been with Home Link for nearly three years, and they’ve been the best letting agency we’ve ever dealt with.    The staff at Homelink have been really supportive and responsive. They have dealt really well with very challenging tenants too. My rent has always been paid on time, any work needed on the house has been completed quickly, and you really feel that they put you first.
