Hands down the worst service ever provided. If you can deal with paying for internet that doesn’t connect, lack of parking available, evening knowing you pay for multiple spaces, you’re in for a treat. You will receive charges for parking daily, even knowing vehicles are listed. The cleaners never clean. Now let’s discuss the charges. You will get charged for tea and coffee even when you don’t select the option. You pay by direct debit, you also get a late payment charge monthly, even when it’s never late. You then try and resolve this, you get chat gpt responses. That’s when they respond. You will receive a weekly email of them apologising for something, usually it’s the aircon on in the winter, cleaners on strike or for changes in reception. Personally I would avoid this company and their service offering like wild fire!

Moved to Cardiff Gate Regus from another office space, and the difference is incredible. The high level of excellent customer service doesn't go unnoticed. No problem is too small or big. We also love the space here, as we are a small company it is a perfect size without being too small. It is a nice modern space too, without feeling too stuffy and corporate. Can't fault Issy & Jess. Would recommend to any company wanting a fresh, office space with other companies that feel apart of the team too. 5*

Regus Cardiff Gate is a fabulous venue, very convenient to get to, being just off the M4 and A48/M, between Newport and Cardiff. Its facilities are excellent, the offices and common areas very clean, modern and well maintained. The Centre Management team of Jess and Izzy always go that extra mile to ensure we, the clients, have everything we need to focus 100% on our business activities. That said, Regus Cardiff Gate isn't just a Business Centre, it's a great venue to make new friends and social contacts too - there's always someone to chat to over a coffee & biscuit. It's a wonderful business/social community hub and I can't recommend it enough. I love coming here.

I signed up to Regus Cardiff gate September last year for their "month to month" co-working space. When it came to signing my contract, it was quickly switched and was rushed into signing a 6 month contract (which wasn't clearly visible when signing or even pointed out to me). After I signed the contract I received a welcome email stating I had just signed up for a month to month service and "welcome". After the couple of months, I realised Regus wasn't for me and decided to cancel my contract. Each month I would pay high deposits, high car parking fees and the service wasn't all that great. It was here they realised the mistake and just have ignored it stating "you signed it, your problem now". The whole experience has been a let down from start to finish. The offices are nice but not worth it. There are much better options around now (like Tramshed Tech in Newport), and would urge people not to waste their money here.

** DO NOT USE REGUS CARDIFF GATE before reading this ** Customer satisfaction is clearly NOT a driver for them. Have a business address service with Regus Cardiff Gate, sent parcels that were within the contractual dimensions. Then centre team state maximum parcel size is A4 which contradicts the house rules and which they have subsequently confirmed is a mistake. Had to cancel several parcels en-route at a significant cost. Barely 48 hours into the contract and they have cost me over £1000 and that’s before the cost of delaying items needed for a marketing campaign. Based on my experience as a tenant I should have known better than to go back there for any type of service. Reasons separate to the above such as ignoring emails and toilets that will make your skin crawl etc... separate matters which I will review separately.

Have operated out of Regus Cardiff Gate for over 6 years as both office and training venue. Excellent location, good rooms and helpful, friendly staff. I use the meeting facilities at Regus every month for 3-4 training days - so that probably says enough. But the facilities are good - rooms, projectors, seating, light, good wifi. Visitors and students find the venue perfect - great for M4, A48 and A470.
