Cancelled my airbnb stay less than 24 hours before, increased the price from £200 to over £2000 pounds on Airbnb, and tried to make me cancel it my end (making me ineligible for a full Airbnb refund and relinquishing them from Airbnb policy). Avoid.
Booked through airbnb, they told me a week before that they made a mistake and the accommodation wasn’t available anymore. They offered me a different property but it didn’t have enough bedrooms so I told them I would need to find something else. They refused to cancel on airbnb and told me I could request a refund and they would honour it. However this is breaking airbnbs rules, they are not allowed to ask a guest to request a refund, and if I did airbnb wouldn’t help me find alternative accommodation. If they cancelled (which they should) then airbnb would assist me in finding something new, but they would also get fined. After lots of messages telling them this was their mistake and they need to cancel they just refused, eventually airbnb had to step in and cancelled on their behalf. Avoid booking with them at all costs!
I really enjoyed staying at Propertri's serviced apartments in Cardiff. It was like staying in a hotel but better because we had our own kitchen.
Absolutely amazing service from start to finish ! From my first message to Richard to all the help I received off Adam who went above & behond to make my stay as smooth sailing , accomodating and comfortable as more than possible ! He really is a credit to the company. I have stayed in 2 apartments and both to a very high standard ! Clean , tidy , ( the cleaners are also very friendly , polite & helpful ) comfortable & Close to local amenities ! A total 5⭐ plus service ! Which i would more than highly recommend !

Propertri were our saviours in 2020 when lockdown hit and they stepped in to project manage and complete our total renovation project. They are transparent from start to finish, honest, reliable and very easy to work with. We have since gone on to use their serviced accommodation management services have been very pleased with the occupancy levels and standard of service thus far. Highly recommend.
Great stay clean and tidy property key code for access to front door and room key code as well so no waiting straight in wifi password available and internet speed v good a great short stay property smart tv was a bonus
