Rhys and Sarah were nothing short of fantastic throughout our entire selling/purchasing process. From beginning to end they were there for us through every twist, turn and hurdle! We had a myriad of problems (nothing to do with Reeds Rains) during our process and they did everything in their power to get us over the line. It felt as though they were genuinely invested in helping us get our old property sold and new property bought. The communication was second to none - clear, concise and honest so we always knew where we were at. Rhys' professionalism is wonderful and Sarah's legal knowledge was invaluable throughout. We were unfortunate in that my first buyer pulled out, but Reeds were quick to get it back on the market, viewings booked in and resold within a week - amazing! Due to this, towards the end of our sale/purchase we were on a critical time limit as our mortgage was due to expire. Reeds Rains did everything they could to help us get it over the line before we lost out on our original mortgage offer inevitably savings us £1000s! Dealt with Rhys Goodwin, for negotiations and eventual purchase of a property, through their Bedworth office. Rhys showed an ability to comprehend and express for both parties their clear views and acted in a most professional manner throughout. Contact was well managed and there was no delay in responding to issues that were raised between the parties involved. Admittedly our chain was limited to just the vendor and ourselves but we are very pleased with every aspect of the process that saw us buy the home we wanted from a vendor who has been a delight to deal with.
