   They ditched me. After calling to confirm my booking before I set off, they cancelled my booking while I was on route. I only found out on arrival, by email, as there's no staff on site. By which point I was already stranded in Leamington Spa. They didn't answer calls and ignored voicemails and emails. Booking.com were no help. They couldn't reach anyone at the apartments and had nothing to offer me as an alternative. It was snowing. It was late. It was a horrendous experience I hope to never relive. I've been locked in my house for 4 years through cancer, and then a pandemic. This was my one weekend away. Luckily, Victoria Park Lodge had a room. They really saved my weekend. These apartments however are a scam and behave incredibly irresponsibly. I wouldn't trust them. In fact, I urge you not to book with them.

   They cancelled my booking, after I had already arrived. And after I called to confirm the booking before setting off. On receiving a text from Booking.com to say my payment had not been received and my stay would soon be cancelled, I swiftly contacted the Apartments directly to confirm with them that I have taken action to update my card details on the site and to save further issues, could they reserve the booking until I arrived. We could then resolve the issue in person if necessary. They informed me the issue was with Booking.com and to NOT update my card details. They said come as planned. That was 13:16 on the day of travel. I arrived at 18:20, but there was no staff on site to greet me. I called the number I used to contact them earlier in the day but there was no answer. I left voicemails but got not reply. At 18:32 I received an e-mail from booking.com informing me my booking had been cancelled. This, however, is too late. Once someone has arrived at their holiday destination, it should therefore be upheld or we come to resolution together. Instead, I was abandoned by the Apartments and by booking.com with neither helping me source alternative accommodation. This was 5 days ago. I've still not heard back from the Apartments and they're still not answering their phone. For your own health and safety, I suggest you book with someone else. If this property fails to respect your booking, there is no one on site to complain to and they will not respond to your calls. It's not worth the hassle or stress to book with this trip provider.
