I have shopped here for years regularly. I came in today day and immediately get turned away, accused by a man with no name tag in a white shirt of shoplifting. The places lacks numerous products and is dirty and poorly staffed. Disgrace of Boots. Better off going to the super drug across the road as it has everything needed, pharmacy, cosmetics, skincare, fragrances etc

Nice store with friendly staff. The building is old and really needs refurbishment, but it’s still a good local pharmacy. I always find what I am looking for.

Very lovely people and helpful staff inside. Got my flu jab today, seamless and painless process. Staff at the counter were very helpful with other questions I had about an unrelated issue. I go here regularly and will be returning.

Very Rude Staff. I purchased few items and when I decided to pay my bill, the lady on the till scanned my items and I asked her about my point in Boots card. She told me you have £2 in your card but you cant use your points because all you items are of above £2 and all together the transaction will be higher than your points. Then I said okay, I have one item that I can replace with another item that is of £2 and requested her to buy in two seperate transactions so that in one I can use my points. Initialy she tried hard to give excuses and once she understood she said OK. When I exchanged one of my item with item worth of £2, she behaved so rude , like she was aggresively doing my transaction so fast, felt like she will soon throw all items on my face. However, she charged and and didn't even look upto me or said any thanks. Her behaviour was showing that she was not happy to help me use my points just because she had to void one item from the screen that was not even paid yet.

I have had non stop issues with this Pharmacy. I rely on the repeat prescription service for important (and brain altering) medication as I struggle with memory and even my backup reminder systems often fail. I have lost count of how many times in the last few years Boots have been asked to reorder my medication and simply haven't done it because they forgot, but at least a third of all the orders each year are missed. When I ask them why it is happening it's excuse after excuse, one even told me that I am supposed to "call us to remind us to reorder for you". Aside from this simply not being true, if I could remember to ring them for my reorder, then I wouldn't need them doing it for me in the first place!! This is an identical monthly repeat order, it should not be this difficult to set up. If you are incapable of successfully reordering people's medication, don't even offer the service. For someone else, it could be actually putting their life in jeapordy, not just their sleep. This time's the final straw for me and I'll be changing my nominated pharmacy to Superdrug.

Walked into pharmacy, having put on mask going into a health setting. Told by dead-eyed staff member that my dog was not allowed in because of 'safety risks'. Neither of the pharmacy staff were wearing masks. Took my dog and my business over the road to Superdrug (which also had masked staff in the pharmacy).

This is my local Boots. Nobody who runs this store cares about it. The store front is filthy. The shelves are half empty and disheveled. There is a new pharmacist almost every week. And they just don't give a hoot - last two times I've been there they referred me to another store instead of offering to order my prescription in. It's a lazy, slovenly store, and it's only still open due to it's convenience. There's a lovely family run chemist 4 min walk further up the street called Dumlers. I'd recommend it instead.

Had an issue with the photo printing machine. Paid for photo, but the machine got stuck at giving the receipt due to lack of paper. Hence no picture. I asked a member of the staff, he was clueless (not his fault due to no training). No refund issued for no reason but what was most concerning, the supervisors were hiding behind the counters, wanting nothing to do with what was happening to me. I was only offered a handwritten note to come back next week and get something sorted. Very poor training and the management is appalling, store is dirty and retail standard very low. Luckly I only entered for some pictures printed, didn't get any, imagine if I needed some medicine. Stay away and go to other places. This was at Boots East Sheen, London, on the 14th of Feb 2021.
