   You wait in all day only for the dhl driver to declare 'No one home', I call BS. I had to make 120 mile round trip to collect my item, because after being let down again, i had no faith. Will NEVER use Dhl out of choice :(

   Your driver left my parcel at some randoms house and left she even tried to chase him to give it back and he just drove off thankfully she was honest but please tell your drives to never do it again! Dhl has always been good dont let lazy drivers ruin it as its exspensive parcels

   We were trying to return a large heavy item to the supplier but we’re having difficulties with the website, so went to DHL in Bradley Stoke. Mike was so helpful and informative. He went through the requirements with us, helped us to repack the item after the required visual inspection and did the formalities. Mike was brilliant and we are very Thankful to him for his help and guidance.

   I was absolutely astonished recently to find DHL bristol had left a parcel on the roadside outside my gate as per the drivers photo. Why would he not bring onto the premises? By time I arrived home the parcel was gone! After talking to the supplier a new one has been ordered. I was expecting this item as it was urgently needed for a job, now everything has been delayed. DHL used to be good, but I understand this is down to a particular driver who should be given disciplinary action. I am very disappointed in the service, and would expect some type of compensation.

   Only a couple of customer parking places, all full even though there were no other customers inside. Nobody at reception, and nobody showed up for ages when I called the bell on the desk. The member of staff that finally came out was kind and helpful, but clearly over worked.

   Joanna offered a great service and calmed the situation. I had called customer services to check when the depot would close and I was informed it closes at 7pm so as long as I get there by 6.30pm I should be fine. Upon reaching the depot on time as directed by CS, I was informed the bags had already been sealed and my package would not be accepted, not even accepted and send the next business day! So I had to travel back an hour home and back the next day!!

   Got an email saying my parcel would be delivered 22nd December, it wasn't. So 23rd I called the customer service (very helpful) and they said it wouldn't be delivered then either BUT they gave the option to collect from their depot. This I did and the Polish lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. 5 stars to her and the customer service. 4 star overall as I had to go pick it up myself lol

   I received a message that the package will be delivered on Tuesday. I waited half a day and then my wife also waited. the courier did not arrive. I received another message that due to my absence at the address provided, they were unable to deliver the package. how it's possible ? luck wanted to have a camera in front of my house. I checked the cameras from the whole day. DHL express courier was not at my place that day. there is also no information card. absolutely nothing. no contact with customer service. the package was sent from Germany and it is not the fault of the seller that in the UK DHL express working idiots. This behavior is simply rude and disrespectful. I paid 18 pounds for express delivery and they didn't even come to me. I will advise everyone against this company. completely ignorant.
