   What is going on with Boots? Used to be the best when it comes to standards and availability. Now is the worst between all the retailers. Availability is so poor on all of the shops,the one in Mill Hill Broadway is disgusting to walk into. Poor stock management clearly, poor management overall. Wouldn't be surprised if they close down any time soon. Literally nothing on the shelves...

   don’t bother with pharmacy first. the pharmacist won’t help you and they’ll instead tell you to get a gp appointment? not sure what the pharmacy first service is for if that’s the case

   Extremely unhelpful and rude staff. I was visiting family and forgot to bring my medicine. I went to get two days worth of medicine (2 tablets). From the very start I was made feel like I have done a crime and that I was bothering the staff. Passive aggressive staff by the prescriptions desk told me I needed to call 111 to get the prescription sent to them. Which I did, and was told to wait for 10-15min to get my medication. After 30min and no updates, I asked another similarly passive aggressive staff again to be told to wait longer as the pharmacist was busy. The pharmacist came after 40min wait, again using rude tone, interrogated me as if I have done a crime. After asking me 10 questions and typing for another 10min, not fully listening, she told me she could give me 2 tablets for £9. I asked her to give me the whole prescription for 3 months which was in the system but she said she can’t do it. I usually pay £9 for 3 months. I don’t understand how Boots can let staff with this attitude serve people in need of emergency medication. It’s the way I was treated which was the most upsetting. No empathy, no compassion, no customer service. Just indifference and rudeness. I can see from previous reviews that other customers found their experience similarly disappointing. It reflects really bad on the Boots brand and I will be thinking twice before spending any money in another Boots.

   Utterly useless as a pharmacy - opening hours are stated as open until 8pm but the pharmacy is shut well before then and the staff in the store said they do not have the authority to let you buy any medicines (that are for sale) which are kept behind the pharmacy counter. Should not be saying they are open until 8pm!!

   Appalling service. Very bad organisation. They forget to order your prescription and then blame you for not doing it. Almost every time I have to go and ask for an emergency supply. But last time I was refused the emergency supply even though it was them who didn't order in time in the first place. They sent me to my surgery to get the prescription knowing that the surgery can't give emergency supplies. Two hours to get my medication after contacting 111.
