I went in for an advice on a health issue, very clearly not looking or feeling great, queued up where the sign for NHS help was and after I explained my issue to the man behind the counter he pointed me to the actual pharmacy desk, queued up there and when I explained my issue again, to the lady who was there, she just said: Our pharmacist hasn’t been on break and we need to send her so can you come back in 30min? Without any context. Now, I am not saying to not send the poor pharmacist on their break, but surely it’s terrible management to not have anybody cover them? Especially on a Sunday when the opening hours are so much shorter. Horrendous experience, walked straight out and went to another pharmacy.
Poorly stocked, unfriendly staff. I usually prefer to walk a bit further and avoid this pharmacy, only use it when absolutely necessary.
I genuinely dislike going to this Boots, and only do it because it’s the closest to where I live. They are always poorly stocked, and the pharmacists are incredibly disengaged, generally unfriendly, and slow. I always make sure I have at least 15-20min to spare when collection my prescription.

Store manager, Gemma, was very helpful in making sure I got the best offers and showed me how to use the Advantage Card. She was also very kind towards an elderly customer. Great service
The tills and queues here always seem to be diabolical, and they can’t keep up with correct pricing on the shelves. I went to purchase something that was discounted on the shelf, but cost more at the till. The male assistant didn’t seem to bother or pay attention to this after I had paid, so had to ask someone else to sort it. Apparently the offer expired over a month ago, but no one had removed the labels. I also then asked for my student discount to be re-applied to my advantage card, and the women just spun me a massive LIE that I would receive an email about this. She didn’t even bother to apologise for all this hassle due to their mistake. Instead I went to the other boots in Putney and they applied my discount straight away without me having to buy anything. In summary, the staff here are incredibly rude.
