   Placed a prescription order for collection at 1pm which was said to be ready “in a few minutes” I arrived at the store at 1.40pm giving plenty of time and the prescription was not ready. The pharmacist told me directly that they are “going on break” so will not be doing the prescription for 40 minutes. It should have been ready and the lack of sympathy is completely ridiculous. The prescription was for a 2 year old girl who is in pain and this was explained. There is a reason chains like these are shutting on our high streets.

   I've came to here may times before but this time I had a very surprising experience with one of the workers. I said hello and asked for direction for s specific Item.i wanted to buy something and she ignored as if I wasn't there and continued whatever she ways doing. Until she finally chose to respond after I just stood there waiting for her. She responded in a very rude tone saying "it's in the baby section, you don't know its in the baby section". Honestly I just wanted nothing more than directions.

   Good pharmacy with helpful staff and a decent range of goods given the relatively small size. Convenient location and easy to pick up online orders, very efficient. Open until 6.30pm which is helpful

   Terrible pharmacy - stay well away, not sure how they’re allowed to be open. Prescriptions are never ready even after a week and you’re still pressured to come back later, not to mention they get it wrong every other time we go to collect. They have never once picked up the phone even though the store is always empty; if you don’t believe me, try giving them a call now.

   They have decent items but customer service is poor. I came into the shop this afternoon with some questions about my advantage card and the staff that attended to me was very rude and impatient.

   Busy shop and pharmacy, but one of the aisles seemed blocked off a bit. It was quite busy with customers late afternoon Tuesday. Range of toiletries and nappies amongst other things.
