I only came to collect an online prescription and left feeling awful. Bad enough to make me leave a review. As many others have mentioned, one of the female staff member was very rude. Honestly, youβre better off going to another location, even if itβs further away

Made an online order to pick it up from Golders Green Boots. The staff, 2 unhappy women were rude and made me felt unwelcomed. They had a deplorable behaviour, seemed bored and really upset they need to work. They behaved like they were doing me a favour and not their job. Poor service, avoid at all costs.

I visited the Boots store on 18/09/2025 and unfortunately had a very negative experience. The Store Manager was arrogant, unhelpful, and seemed to have no real knowledge of their role. Instead of offering assistance and professional advice, the attitude was dismissive and disrespectful towards customers. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in a place that should stand for professionalism and support.

I came for a collection, all prepaid online together with a charge of Β£ 1.50 for the collection self. As usual, I showed to the cashier the text with the order number. They asked me to read it and that is not my job. I paid Β£ 1.50 for a collection, and I want only my paid goods. Not to tell them the order digit by digit. That is their job: to read the order and to give me my goods. Then they asked me my surname 3 or 4 times. So, after a long queue and all these questions, frankly it was embarrassing.

Atrocious attitude from the young security man. We asked for the shelves to be unlocked so we can look at make up, he rudely said he can only open one because he doesnβt have time to help us (even though he is sitting down scrolling on his phone every time) and we need to decide now which one we want. 1. That is not how customer service should look like and with this attitude he wonβt go very far in life. 2. If you canβt be bothered to open the shelves when customers are ready to spend money I recommend you donβt lock them in the first place. 3. Couldnβt care less attitude from the other employees that we reported this too. If you donβt want to work I recommend you stay home and claim benefits - then you can scroll on your phone as much as you like

Horrible online doctor staff service. Utterly disappointing. So much for "discreet" service, only to announce my prescription to everyone in the store just because there's a problem with their system, and kept asking me if I've done something wrong with my data instead of checking their own stuff. Very rude and just terrible service.

At this particular branch is not what it used to be. There are many gaps on the shelves. It's looking as if it's going to be closed down. Some products were taken out of their original packets. They must have had a lot of shop lifters!!.

They always get my prescription wrong (e.g. missing items, giving me incorrect items, giving me the wrong amount of something). It takes two business days for most medications from when they get the prescription on to when you can pick it up. They never answer their phone but on the rare occasions you can get hold of them on the phone they frequently give inaccurate information out. I don't think I've ever had a situation with them where they've done something quickly and correctly.

Terrible service, very rude customer service!!Shafar was very rude, and he is racist. He doesnβt know or tried to be polite manner. There is no welcoming attitude, they donβt use the word please, thank you. They need to close this boots! If you donβt like to work here, just quit your job, or the manager need to fire him. If itβs continuously like this, there will be no customers.
