Such a bad pharmacy, they do not look interested in their job or to help out. Always feel neglected, ignored and judged by the employees of this boots. Have to spend minimum of 15 minutes to be even spoken to.

The customer service should be improved. If you have 1 client or 10 all of them should be treated well, fast and avoid queues. The employers should be more informed about their products, app and promotions. All the store should be well presented. Is too unorganised. Please as a usual client I ask you a favour to receive your customers with a smile on your face is the minimum for us. Be better!

I had the pleasure of visiting the Temple Fortune branch of Boots today (30-01-25). I was welcomed into the store by a young lady who introduced herself as Nikita. She had a warm smile on her face and she asked how she could helped me. She directed me to the part of the shop where I found exactly what I was looking for. I asked why I had not seen her there before - she told she was only working there this week as part of her university work experience. An absolute pleasure to deal with such a friendly, professional and individual. I wish her the best of luck and hope she continues to help people in the same manner she helped me today. Thank you.

This boots is decrepit and poorly managed. The lights are broken, many shelves empty and Customer service is appalling. The pharmacy is slow, and and the employees rude. Was made to wait for a simple prescription and told I have to wait twenty minutes in the queue there was one person in front of me, an influx of people came in, and they were served before me. The chairs are stained a dirty, so there was nowhere to sit during the excessively long delay. This place needs to be overhauled.

I visited Boots today (24 June 2023) at Temple Fortune Parade twice to seek for medical advice. The pharmarcists was very helpful and friendly as usual. However, the cashier is totally indifferent (even rude). This was not the first time I met her there and she was always behaving disrespectfully as she ignored me every time I said "hello" or "thank you" and acted superior to me. Very disappointed!

Good selection, but not enough staff and displays feel tired and uncared for.

I am a healthcare professional myself. When I called to make sure my patient was prescribed with the correct medication, the staff on the phone was absolutely rude. I would feel so ashamed if I were in the same workplace with her. It was literally the first time I felt being disrespected when I am delivering my service in my job. Really cant imagine that could happen between healthcare professionals.

Trying to contact by phone is almost impossible. Over 40 minutes I have spent ringing over and over with no answer after they only gave me half of my prescription. Consistent poor service for the 15+ years I have used this pharmacy.
