   So lucky to have such a knowledgable and compassionate independent vet close to us. The team have been brilliant over the last 2 weeks caring for our dog that had a rare illness develop very quickly and were very caring and supportive helping us manage his medication and pain. They were proactive liaising with the specialist surgical team at Aura Guildford. Would def recommend and thank you Greg Melody and the team.

   We have been taking our cats to Anwell Veterinary Centre for years, and the care they receive is genuinely exceptional. Pizzy, our beloved cat affectionately known as Queen, is a wonderful example of how every cat is treated with true attention and respect. Nicola at reception is particularly special to my wife and me; she is attentive, playful, cheerful and kind, and always makes check-in a warm, positive experience. The senior veterinarian, Greg, is remarkable; Pizzy, who is already an older cat, only feels comfortable being examined by him. Whenever he picks her up, she immediately recognises him and starts purring, which is a testament to the trust and comfort he inspires. It is clear that he loves his profession and approaches everything with care and dedication, and this positive energy reassures and calms the animals he treats. The practice itself is immaculate, with separate waiting areas for cats and dogs, excellent support both in person and over the phone, and even has parking for those arriving by car. The only challenge remains securing a proper audience with Kenward, the Practice Cat, General Manager and Supervisor, who seems to run the show with quiet authority from behind the scenes.

   I’ve been taking my pets to this vet for 13 years. They looked after our beloved cat Kipper who died of cancer in January, they could not have been more compassionate or kind when he passed. We got a condolence card from them and everything. They have always been professional, compassionate and offered excellent care.

   I bought my kitten to be checked and they were so scared from how the vets had treated them, they were too rough and hurt them badly when they put the thermometer in. They were misleading in their information and tried to charge me extra. I’ve since taken them to another vet and they were treated with a lot of care and they were so playful throughout their experience and was incredibly social with their new vet. Please be careful with this practice as they’ve mislead us and we don’t want others to be misled as well.

   Sadly had to call time on our nearly 17years old Jack Russell, Tia. I was unhappy with the vet we used in Caterham & called Anwell's, they were very helpful & accommodating & showed great compassion & care, with our Tia & us, I'm grateful.    Took both my cats for annual boosters back in June during pandemic. Queued up in car park with others and staff came out after a short while and collected the cats to take inside the practice. Came out when finished and took payment in car park. Staff then answered my queries and ensured the cats vaccination books were documented. Uncertain whether they were knowledgeable about Ragdoll cats weights but said one was overweight but I know his weight is normal for that breed. Was happy with the safety procecures put in place but as we had only just changed vets it was daunting to leave them and not be able fo accompany them inside but this is understandable given the circumstances. I'm not sure if they send reminders out for next boosters but I have it noted for this June. Happy to recommend.
