   Great service this morning, company sent parcel to my old address, having changed delivery date and address to the next day, decided to see if they had it at delivery depot, was after they closed but still located and gave me the parcel. Thanks

   Less service for more money. I used to be able to have my parcels collected for no additional cost to paying for the postage .Now Royal mail want 30p per parcel for collection. I wouldn't have been bothered but not long ago they reduced all the opening hours at the Depo so I can't even just drop it off there.

   Tired of this awful service. 3 times they have tried to deliver a parcel, twice I've left message on the app that ill collect the item from the sorting office, both times I get early morning text to say that they are delivering the item. Why don't the use the information sent. No wonder the are a failing business, not customer focused, inadequate out of date culture. Close it down now.

   Absolute joke opening times. Changed my parcel to be a collection as the parcel has to be signed for and I would be at work. Only to then find out it's only available for collection 8-10am. So now I have to take time off of work to collect the parcel!
