Dr. Kelly Moore was wonderful with my French Bulldog, Blu. She’s very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Can’t thank them enough for fitting me in as an emergency when they were about to close. The vet was very attentive and reassuring. The whole team was very friendly and welcoming. The clinic has just had a refueb so looks lovely too!
I can’t say enough good things about Village Vet! Dr Kelly has been looking after my dog Rio for years, and he absolutely loves seeing her — which says a lot about how gentle and kind she is. Kelly takes the time to explain everything clearly so I always understand what’s going on, and she never makes me feel rushed or like any question is too small. I always arrive feeling reassured that he’s in the best possible hands. Kelly’s combination of expertise, compassion, and dedication is incredible. It’s rare to find a vet who not only has such incredible medical knowledge but also such a calming, friendly approach that makes both pets and owners feel at ease. She goes above and beyond every time, and I’m so grateful for the help she gives to Rio.
Highly recommend Village Vet SJW and especially Dr. Kelly. We took our two cats here during our three year stay in London. Dr. Kelly communicates clearly and in a caring manner (and can translate between British and American English when needed :)), and we appreciate that they have separate waiting areas for cats and dogs. Our cats have fortunately not had any major health issues but we have been very happy with the clinic for routine care.

Never have I had such a bad service from the receptionist Venus Esfamdir. She was completely rude to me and insulting. I was 10 minutes late and they cancelled my appointment. DONT COME TO THIS PLACE!!
Venus at Village Vet St John’s wood is so amazingly helpful! She managed to source a medicine for my dog that another vet practice claimed they couldn’t get in. Venus came up with multiple solutions to help me get the medicine and ended up calling around all of the other vets in the area to find my doggie the pills he needed. I’m so thankful for her hard work and help! She does a great job! This is the best village vet location in London!
