   Horrendous customer service. Almost bordering a scam. Charged £7 for a "postage fee not enough". I've been on the phone 4 times for over an hour to get it delivered and they've not delivered it 4 times now. Told me to go to the delivery office of which they're open 2 hours in the morning

   Requested a Parcel to be redelivered on tuesday, come friday they still havent delivered. Try to pick up my parcel at the depot but theyre only open between 8am and 10am midweek (when Im at work) so I try to pick up on a saturday between their opening hours between 8-12am and theyre closed due to staff shortages. They need to hire more staff so they can be open the very minimal hours they are advertised to be especially when the only time theyre open is when me and most of the country work over the time theyre open mid week.

   Staff are always helpful and try their best with any enquires. Good amount of parking outside but also fully accessible by foot. Absolutely horrendous opening hours, only two hours a day, so I would often end up redirecting my parcels to the post office down the road, which just puts more work on the staff, which could be saved if they were open in the afternoon more often.

   Always very helpful and staff are so friendly and are always there to help you sometimes iv been late to pick up are mail because I look after my mother in law who has severe dementia and they helped me by going in and getting it for me so 10/10

   This sorting office should be shut down. As they only work here . We who live here r fed up of postal workers leaving there cars on our door steps .Park ur cars in the car park instead of on our streets. Then u all want to strike for more money. Maybe if u don't inconvenience our streets. Then u will get the money. But I will soon park my cars and vans across ur gate every day and c if u all like it clowns....

   Had a parcel go here as I wasn't in, friendly staff at this depo and didn't wait long at all for someone to come to the window and get my parcel! Big sign stating id requiered to collect parcel so keep that in mind when collecting your parcel

   Service is usually very good. Helpful staff. But their new opening hours are rubbish. Don't open early enough in the mornings. And shut at 4pm! Only one late opening, and that's only until 6pm (used to be 8pm). And half days on Saturday and Monday. And no Sunday opening at all now. Very poor.
