   First they failed to deliver the entire order (multiple packages) to my partner. Then they failed to make the redelivery on the requested date. Then my partner went to the depot to pick it up himself, no reception, a bunch of other people there, some who'd been waiting over an hour until eventually they were told DHL won't be looking for any more parcels so you can go home. Nice waste of a Saturday morning for lots of people there. Just really embarrassing for DHL to be honest, have a bit of pride in what you do, no??

   Dropped my "express" package on Monday afternoon, it took until Wednesday evening to get picked up. It just sat there for two days, and this was supposed to be a "1 working day" service level.

   Just used the WH Smith DHL Service Point at Cribbs Causeway Not impressed, staff struggled to get to grips with how to get the package on the system. Finally got there with the help of management. When I asked if it was going out today I was told it might!! 2/10 must try harder. Will not use again.
