So happy with the exceptional service I received for my 2yr old Dachshund during an emergency whilst visiting my mum just down the road. Not only did the staff go over and above to ensure my girl was safe and we were well informed of local emergency services but the care and attention she received was next to none. Pricing was transparent and very reasonable, just wish this was my local vets as they are just so friendly and welcoming and Binky actually came out of surgery wagging her tail and seemed happy to have a mooch around reception whilst I settled up. Would highly recommend this practice especially if like me you have a dog that is very anxious and has separation anxiety. Many thanks to all the lovely staff at Medivet.

If you want an expensive vet who doesn’t care about your pet then you will hit the jackpot with Medivet Streatham. The only positive is the warm and welcoming receptionist. Everything else is just a money making scheme. My cat had an injury. On visit 1. We saw a vet, they examined the wound and gave 2 different medications. They told us to come back in a week so see if there was improvement which we did. We saw a different vet, they changed the medication at great expense. Again we were told to come a week later. We did and again a different vet. This vet did not even look at the wound but referred us to Medivets specialist in Kent with an astronomical consulting fee. On making a complaint at the treatment we had received we waited 3 weeks for a response which very much had the feel chat GPT had written it. We are now with an independent vet who gace my cat a medical injection and in less than a week he had dramatically improved. They asked us to email photos which we did and they didn’t ask us to come for another appointment just to profit from his pain. I had heard horror stories of Vets bought out by corporations but experiencing it whilst my poor cat was in pain is shocking. Be very cautious with this vet.

This was our puppy Herbie’s first trip to the vet with us to get his vaccinations. The staff all made a huge fuss of him, giving him lots of treats and making sure he enjoys his trips to the vets. Special shout out to Caroline and her skunk Norman! Thank you all for making it a fun trip out for Herbie!

Highly recommend the new practice. Really clean and nice premises, there is a separate cat and dog waiting area which is fantastic. Staff are really nice and professional. I was seen quickly on a Saturday and my cat was given great, affordable treatment. Would definitely use them again.

DO NOT GO TO THIS VET. The vet (the only one left at this surgery) made decisions about the treatment of my cat without consulting me which caused her to develop colitis. He did things such as an immediate change to her food (which should always be gradual) which caused all these problems with her stomach. Also charged me for lots more charges without consulting me, so it was unnecessarily expensive. (This was during COVID when pet owners had to wait in the waiting room). Not only that but he was incredibly rude and condescending to me and my mother for absolutely no reason and walked away from us when we tried to ask questions. I was completely appalled. We never went back and instead went to Streatham Hill Vets, who recommended the complete opposite of what the previous vet had given to my cat, and she showed massive improvements almost immediately. But she will always suffer from colitis now and that is due to that vet.

I wasn't allowed into the consulting room because, was told the room is too small. Very expensive. I was considering VIP plan for my cat but microchipping was not included. They charge £40 for it separately where everywhere else is around £20.. I changed the vet clinic to another one. Got microchip included in VIP plan (VIP monthly cost same price) and although consulting room is tiny, I'm allowed to be in. I'm only giving 3 stars as the reception staff is lovely. Otherwise it would be 2.

I’m so grateful to them for all that they have done and are doing for my Ragdoll Marlo
