   We booked our holiday through Virgin at Fosse Park and the lady was excellent, however, 6 weeks before we were due to go we found out that my daughter had to have major heart surgery, I rang the store and explained and asked if needed could I transfer the dates, the young lady showed no compassion and told me I could move it but would lose £2600 and would be better to cancel and claim off insurance, as it happened my daughters op was on the day we flew back, but it caused me a lot of stress and wasn’t the service I had expected from Virgin.

   I went to see the team at Fosse Park to see if they could help me with a booking. I was feeling quite anxious as not travelled for 12 years and I've recently become more claustrophobic. Amy and Natasha helped me sort out the seats I was totally comfortable with, helped witn sorting the hotel and ensuring I was going to get a room I was comfortable with. They rang around and googled seating plans etc. They were amazing!! Nothing was too much and I walked away now looking forward to my holiday with my family instead of having sleepless nights for past months!! Thank you Amy for booking everything and Natasha for all your advice!!

   Me and my fiance only went in for a brochure and ended up booking a holiday to New York Dec 2024! We had an idea of when we wanted to go and how long for and Justine looked online to see what she could find and she came back with such a good deal we couldn't resist booking it. Payed deposit then and there. The booking process was easy and we were shown pictures, told the flight times and airports and we're given time to look online ourselves as I am a Google reviewer and been to NYC before so I wanted to make sure the hotel suited us - which it did. We don't often make a decision then and there, so it was nice to have that time to look online ourselves and chat to each other about it being a good deal. The system is live so the deals only stay at that for a certain time. With Virgin you can go into store or book online with your reference number. Emails are sent and can download apps to suit you and make it easier for adjusting booking if needed. Got offered drinks and we were given 2 little bottles of prosecco and on New Year's Eve so Happy New York and Happy New Year to the staff at Virgin Atlantic Leicester. Would return in the future
