Their pharmacy is very good. Very helpful and polite people. They don’t turn you back and order the medication asap. I am glad I have changed to Boots Purley pharmacy from another local one around.
The pharmacist was very helpful and supportive when I couldn’t reach my GP and NHS 111 wasn’t able to help. I really appreciated the time and care he took to resolve my medical issue. The only drawback is the opening hours, which make it difficult to collect prescriptions after work. Unfortunately, pharmacies around this area seem to have similar limited hours.
Very poor. Waited 40 minutes for my flu jab appointment which had been booked and paid for over a month in advance. Pharmacist was very unorganised and didnt seem to know what was going on
Boots us my regular pharmacy even when I had a hiccup they came correct. Idk his name but the very good looking young guy is the best and tbh the only I want to be served by.
Doesn’t notify people anywhere online about this. Came a long way to get a prescription from them. Staff can see me outside and desperate to collect a very urgent prescription but they choose to ignore you and walk away. Few staff members inside but not a single one to help…so much for healthcare…

Quiet with pharmacy. Surprised its not closed down as it is not on the high street. Unless you knew it was there, no passing trade.
A very miserable cashier,I asked her to use my points because they,boots said I would loose them. Served and left me with lots of stuff without a carrier bag and walked away! Aging woman,but attitude stinks
