   Great vets, the staff are all lovely and very professional. Have been taking my cat here since we got her and would highly recommend. She is quite nervous but they are great with her.

   I've always taken my cat to this vets, he hates it but I love it! With him being highly anxious they're always very patient and accommodating. Rianna the head nurse is also absolutely amazing!

   Lovely friendly and knowledge without crazy expensive prices like the chain vets these days. One teeny tiny little niggle is I have a very reactive dog and I asked if the first appointment (8:30) was available so there would be no other dogs and they said yes but would only book for 9:00 am and then there was a large dog who was there first and my dog reacted badly. Sometimes they'll help out by taking the dogs out the side door which great but not always so the only issue it's a small foyer and hard to keep distance for reactive dogs.

   My dog had a swollen eye that was quite concerning that was lasting a few days minimum. We booked immediately Sunday morning and were allowed an appointment on the same day (due to cancellations in cold weather). The receptionist was great, clear with her words and very positive. The vet and treatment really helped with our dog. He looked for foreign objects and tested to see if his eye was damaged but didn't find anything. His prescribed eye drops helped reduce his swollen eye within 24 hours thankfully (which the vet said would happen). Would definitely recommend the care from here!

   We've used them a few times, but it's always been a mixed bag. + friendly and helpful staff. + local with good appointment availability and parking. + clean and quiet practice, lobby designed for cats and dogs, with some rabbit products. - but we see a different staff member every time, even for follow ups on the same case. - prices are 2-3 times the cost compared to any other neighbouring vet for any service; consultation, medicine, euthanasia etc. - after a big surgery on a small pet we were sent home without medication, the vet who said they'd do the surgery; wasn't in on the day of the op, our baby was discharged with no pain relief and no option to keep them in for observation. They eventually chewed their stiches out in pain and had to be euthanised as they ruptured their belly. They are great when you need a vet close and quick, but they're so expensive. Getting a taxi and going to another nearby vet, works out way cheaper for the same quality of care. Update: I reached out as asked, but they only wanted to know who I was, nothing came of it.

   I used them to put both a dog and a budgie to sleep at separate times and both times the staff were great during what were very emotional visits for me. It's not the cheapest, but they were very easy to arrange time sensitive appointments with so I certainly won't complain.

   We had to get our Cody spade. We had already been going here for his checkups since we got him. The staff a very friendly. They have separate seating area for cats and dogs. It's a necessary evil for anyone with pets so it's nice to be able to go to somewhere you trust. Always somewhere to park add well.
