Good solid instruction, very strict with no sugar coating. Classes for all age ranges and levels of ability. Took our kids to a free trial and ended up joining myself as well. The kids were surprised by the level of discipline but have taken it on board very well. Highly recommended.
Fabulous instruction and a good solid all round knowledge of application of kata. Quite disciplined which may not suit all but I cannot fault him for that as he keeps everything controlled and safe
